It therefore does not attack consumers but the sites themselves, which will be closed with the support of internet service providers and search engines.

The system is open to holders of the right of audiovisual exploitation of a competition or a sports event (provided for by the sports code), namely the sports federations and the organizers of the sports events mentioned with regard to the sports events or competitions that they organize, and the assignees of this right if necessary, namely audiovisual communication companies and professional sports leagues, in the event that they are assignees of the marketing of the audiovisual exploitation rights of professional sports competitions.
