0 I have a pretty big family, so our holidays are jam packed. The rest of the family rotates who hosts which holiday, but since I really do enjoy it, I volunteered to host a large Christmas dinner once I had a home of my own, which aligned pretty closely with when my aunt really wasn’t able to handle it all on her own anymore.
I knew that this was a big letdown for my aunt, because she really put her heart and soul into hosting Christmas. I wanted her to be a huge part of getting everything ready, which she was super excited for. It would also keep some of the consistency that the other family members were used to.
She told me that her secret weapon to make holidays easier was her Cuisinart Food Processor. I had never known this but I figured it might be worth it to learn something about it.
After my research I was in awe. I was not surprised that my aunt had a tool like this at her disposal to host this massive holiday, and I was also extremely thankful, because I realized that if I didn’t prepare for this the same way then I was probably going to drown in all the work.

My aunt planned to bring hers over too, so we could have them both working at the same time to save on time. She discovered that she couldn’t find one of her chopping blades or her shredding blade. We ordered her what she needed, and I got myself a few replacement parts for the future, because you can never be too prepared.
Once the parts arrived, we had everything set and ready to go for our big Christmas dinner. We were planning on about 50 people, which would normally sound dreadful, but with the Cuisinart food processors, and my aunt who was obviously a pro at this, I had no worries.
Everything went smoothly, and we got a ton of compliments on our dinner. It was really a great experience cooking alongside my aunt, and still having her involved despite her inability to host on her own. I could tell that it meant a lot to her to be involved, and we had a great time together.
I’m super thankful that I learned how much a Cuisinart food processor would be able to help me in this situation. If it wasn’t for my aunt, I may have never looked into it on my own. I’ll definitely be using this tool for years to come.
